Hi all,
I was downloading some tv show episodes from a newsgroup and .sfv/.par files were the only ones available. When i try to play them in my windows media player, it says they are unrecognized. Can someone tell me what i need to do to watch them. I don't know much about computers, so be simple yet thorough lol. Thanks, peace!!

.sfv files are used to verify compressed files in a distribution. Mainly warez or the likes. There is an .sfv checker utility that you run and it checks the files similar to an .md5 file i believe.
