Once the site comes up, I suggest closing that annoying "welcome" panel to provide a wider view of the image. Be sure to play around with the "zoom" slider bar and the compass (should be on the left side of your screen), you can look in all four directions!

I have not used it much. However, if MSN Live Search can import all of the data types Google Earth can, GIS layers, GPS points and tracks, spreadsheets and overlay historic and current map images while allowing users the ability to embed text, photos and audio/video then I might switch over….either way it is great to have options as we enter the age of the armchair cartographer
