Along with my initial ticket purchase I bought a copy of We Are The Same and I'm just wondering if I should be receiving the album today in the mail? Anyone else still waiting for their copy to get there?

It didn't arrive with the rest of my mail this morning and I'm dying to hear the new songs!

Ordered it off Amazon with one-day shipping. It says it'll be here today, but i'm skeptical. I got World Container the day before release with the same setup, I was hoping to already have the thing in my hands - I paid almost as much for shipping as for the album.

I ordered mine along with my tickets and the live from the vault album. I'll post as soon as they arrive. But for today I couldn't wait so I went out and bought the album in store. I guess I'll just give the extra one to a friend!

This is rapidly becoming very uncool. They better show up in the next couple days at the latest. I've already had to wait out all the pre-release downloading even though I pre-ordered the cd a month ago with my ticket purchase. Now it's out & I still havent heard it - because I already bought it???

I got a shipping tracker notice from canada post yesterday, saying it left toronto, so I expect it will be here today or tomorrow. Regardless, as I said in another thread, if you pre-order something, you would expect that they would mail it before the release date, so that it arrives *on* the release date. I don't think I'm going to pre-order anything ever again, because this is the 3rd or 4th time something like this has happened.

Good thing I've got the new Doves album to listen to in the meantime.

well i have gone to record theater twice and best buy and they are both sold out. today. record theater said they might have some this afternoon. but it is an 1/2 hour drive to get there .

Fair. But i'm thinking most people here pre-ordered because of the LFTV V4 bonus disc. What grinds my gears is the fact that LFTV V4 is also available at Future Shop as part of a "fan bundle", something they neglected to mention during the pre-sale.. and something I could have picked up myself yesterday. Instead I'm left waiting to here this album, which won't likely arrive until next Tuesday (estimated time of delivery by Canada Post).

Yeah HMV was also selling the "fan bundle." It included We Are The Same, the Live from the Vault 4 disk, a large We Are The Same shirt, and it all came inside a small black crate that said Tragically Hip on the side.

I was also upset since I thought the live disk was exclusively if you pre-ordered online.
