After hanging around Hipbase for the past year or so, I've come to realize that I should stop here first when it comes to hip related news. I'm really surprised that there haven't been any announcements when it comes to summer tour dates and/or US/European stops. Has anyone heard any rumors...or have an inkling of an idea? After reading the show reviews from the past couple nights, I'm itching to see the new tunes live. I suppose this is just generally frustrated babble...but any information would be appreciated! :thumb:

All I know is that I will be in Orlando from August 16-August 23. If the Hip play House of Blues during this time I'm in. Right now OAR is playing there on the 19th so either way Ill get a good show out of the trip, if the Hip swing by, even better!!

I forget which paper I read this in, but the boys talked about playing some festivals and touring the States this summer then back in Canada for the fall. So I would expect a bunch of US dates being posted after IBE drops. Just speculation...

During the IVL tour, I saw them in Orlando at the end of October...it was a Sept/Oct US tour then.

Yes but there were definitely US dates in the summer. June/July/August. Of course IVL was released about a month sooner than IBE and the way dates are being announced so slowly, who knows?
