The Hip were great tonight; I think it's awesome that Gord is embracing this theme of Water, especially as he keeps boasting these Waterkeepers.

Here's a review from the Edmonton Sun. The Hip received high marks as usual, but poor Joel Plaskett takes a bit of a beating. It seems the writer isn't too impressed with the Hip's current tour opener, which is interesting, because the two times I've seen Joel Plaskett live I thought he was excellent. His latest album, "Truthfully Truthfully" is currently one of my favorite records. When I first bought it was practically frozen in my stereo for two solid weeks.
