I had PVR'd that episode and prolly watched that clip ten times. Man it was funny.

As for the Portman one, the line that killed me was:

Blame George Lucas' lousy writing for that, not Portman. She didn't have much to work with on those flicks. Take Star Wars off her resume and she's probably one of the best young actresses working today. She's done some great work in Closer, Garden State, Cold Mountain, and the recent V for Vendetta. She also delivered probably the best ever performance by a young kid in the 1994 film, Leon: The Professonal. Great movie!

I thought it was wildly overrated, capitilizing on indie rock but nothing special. I didn't get why it was such a buzz movie. It was nothing new.
It was fine. Not great though.

I agree the film wasn't exactly a masterpiece, but I still liked it. I'm a big fan of Zach Braff, and I thought it was pretty damn good for his directorial debut. The writing and the acting were both excellent, and the film had some very funny and touching moments. Not the best movie ever made by any means, but a pretty good one nonetheless.

I couldn't agree more. Part of the reason I didn't like it was that everyone played it up so big for me and then it was meh.
