Go Jays Go!

I'll be at the opener tomorrow at SkyDome. It looks like it's only single seats left for the game. That place is going to be bouncing.

i'm probably not gonna be able to get to any games til September when the Yankees are in town...

it'd be a dream come true if they played each other in the playoffs, i've always wanted to go to a Yankees playoff game.

15-2 Yankees over the A's

great start to the season, A-Rod and Matsui were absolutely dominant tonight...

The Big Apple errr Unit, held the A's to 1 run through 7 innings

i wonder if the bats will have cooled off by tomorrow or if they'll still be smokin'...

so the Yankees just lost, and i can't for the life of me figure out why the hell Torre put Proctor on the mound in the 9th inning of a tied ball game!?!?!?!?

WTF JOE? did you want to lse this one?

Proctor sucks, he's the worst pitcher we have.

Great Great win by the Jays tonight, Doc looked like his old self. great contributions from the new guys. The stadium was rockin, the fans are really excited this year and hopefully they will be that loud and electrifying every game. And what a debut from Ryan. Wow was that ever impressive, 2 strike outs the big fist pumps after closing the deal. He was so pumped from the crowd. It was like world series atmosphere when he came barreling out onto the field. It's a great time to be a Jays fan right now.

The place was sold out tonight and it's close to the loudest I've ever heard SkyDome. Despite the two homeruns, Halladay pitched a very solid game, only allowing 5 hits in 7 2/3 innings. Molina's homerun was huuuuge. Every Jay except Aaron Hill had a hit tonight. Various sections around the stadium were chanting BJ! BJ! BJ! throughout the 9th inning. He struck out two to close the deal. I was so thrilled to be there - great seats too.

Hahaha, I figure it's a combination of that, and Toronto's new closer is BJ Ryan.

I simply cannot imagine why anyone would go by that abbreviation or nickname. (Even if you are from Georgia, dadgum it!)

I'd be sure to make it known that I was "Billy Joe" or "Bobby James" or whatever the heck it abbreviates...

Ahhh...gone are the days of "BJ and the Bear"...great cheese comedy with interesting undertones if you think about the title....

All I can say is....Tigers win on opening Day...and are currently undefeated and in sole possession of first place. Hey you gotta give us this one...take the snap shot; as pretty soon we'll rack up our 100 losses and call it a season

Let's have a contest to see who loses more games this year - my Reds or your Tigers. Oughta stay interesting thru September.
