I'm starting this as a new thread, but will not be offended if it gets merged into the other one.
With a lot of us coming from the GTA, and just as many of us needing to get back for work on Thursday, what are the thoughts on car pooling? With the price of gas as high as it is, and the nightmare that will be rush hour trafic coming out of the east end, I think it would be great for us to pool our collective selves together to get to the show, in lieu of the traditional pre-show meet and greet -- unless of course we're considering the line-up outside the venue as the pre-show meet for this round.
This would be a great way for all of us to help meet the one tonne challange -- wait, that program was killed in the budget. Regardless, we can still help the country try to meet its Kyoto quotas by pooling together -- wait, that also doesn't apply to us anymore. Anyway, we can still "save the planet" -- I couldn't help it.
If you're interested post here or send me a pm with your email. We'll see where everyone is coming from and try to figure out the best possible place to meet up and send the wagons east.
Cheers,
Pat
